El Riad Shrine has first class facilities available to rent for both our shriners (at a reduced rate) and also for general public. The one day rental of El Riad Shrine includes our large seating area for 600+ people. The famous enormous dance floor with chandelier lighting. A large stage for your band or disc jockey. A Shrine Events Coordinator, bartenders and cleaning personnel

Through the years, El Riad Shrine (then the Arkota Ballroom) served as host to amazing acts from the big band and swing era as well as rock ’n’ roll acts. Performers of note include Count Basie, Gene Krupa, Artie Shaw, Duke Ellington, Tommy and Jimmy Dorsey, Frank Sinatra, Lawrence Welk and Guy Lumbardo and Dion and the Belmonts, as well as local music legends Myron Lee and the Caddies.
